1. Who provides the service

This site belongs to Tatiana Sedano Cardona, who sells the products and services offered here directly. Contact: contacto@tatianasedano.com.

2. Nature of the companionship

The «Amor, duelo y libertad» companionship is an existential coaching process with a logotherapeutic approach. It is not a health service: it does not constitute psychotherapy, diagnosis or medical or psychiatric treatment, and it does not replace them. If you need mental health care, please turn to a professional or to your health service.

3. Prices and payments

Prices for books and materials are shown in Colombian pesos (COP) and those for companionship plans in United States dollars (USD), with any applicable taxes. Payment is made through an authorised gateway; the purchase is confirmed when the gateway approves the transaction.

4. Delivery

• Printed book: shipped to the address given at purchase, within Colombia. Delivery times depend on the courier.
• E-book and audiobook: delivered by email through a personal, time-limited download link.
• Companionship plans: after payment you receive a link to book your sessions according to your availability.

5. Right of withdrawal

In distance selling, the consumer may withdraw within five (5) working days of delivery, under article 47 of Colombian Law 1480 of 2011, returning the product in the same condition. Withdrawal does not apply to digital products already downloaded nor to sessions already delivered.

6. Changing and cancelling sessions

Sessions may be rescheduled with at least twenty-four (24) hours’ notice. A session missed without prior notice is considered delivered. The six and ten session packages have a reasonable validity period, stated at the time of purchase.

7. Intellectual property

The texts, poems, audio, video, trade marks and other content on this site are protected by copyright law. You may quote them citing the source, but not reproduce them in full, resell them or share the downloaded files.

8. Use of the site

By using this site you undertake not to attempt to breach its security, not to send unlawful content through the forms and not to use the contact details for unsolicited commercial messages.

9. Requests, complaints and claims

Write to contacto@tatianasedano.com. We will reply within a maximum of fifteen (15) working days.

10. Applicable law

These conditions are governed by Colombian law. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Colombia.
