1. Who is responsible

This site is operated by Tatiana Sedano Cardona. Development and infrastructure are handled by DISC ITBS LATAM S.A.S. For any privacy matter, write to contacto@tatianasedano.com.

2. What information is collected

• What you send through the contact, sponsorship, newsletter or sample forms.
• What is needed to process a purchase and deliver what you bought.
• Technical browsing data (approximate IP address, browser type, pages viewed) to keep the site secure and understand which content helps.
• Your answers to the «Which turn are you in?» test are NOT collected: they are calculated in your browser and are never sent or stored anywhere.

3. Cookies and measurement

The site uses only the cookies strictly necessary to work (for example, to remember your basket or keep your session). No advertising or third-party profiling cookies are used. YouTube videos and Spotify episodes only load when you choose to play them; from then on, those platforms’ policies apply. The thumbnails of the conversations the test recommends load from YouTube when the result is shown. The WhatsApp button opens the WhatsApp app: whatever you write there is handled by WhatsApp (Meta) under its own policy. If a measurement tool is added in the future, it will be configured to respect your privacy and it will be announced on this page.

4. Payments

Payments are processed through an authorised payment gateway. Your card details never pass through this site’s servers and are not stored here: they go directly to the gateway, which complies with industry security standards.

5. Emails

You will only receive emails you asked for: the reply to your message, a purchase confirmation or the newsletter if you subscribed. Every newsletter includes a one-click unsubscribe link.

6. Minors

The content and services on this site are aimed at people over 18. Data about minors is not intentionally collected.

7. Your rights

You may access, update, correct or delete your data and withdraw your authorisation at any time. The full procedure is in the personal data processing policy.

8. Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be published here with its date. Relevant changes will also be announced by email to subscribers.
