Personal data processing policy

1. Data controller

Tatiana Sedano Cardona, a natural person domiciled in Colombia, is the controller of the personal data collected through this site. Contact channel: contacto@tatianasedano.com.

Development and technical operation of the site are handled by DISC ITBS LATAM S.A.S., acting as data processor under the controller’s instructions.

2. Data collected

• Contact details you voluntarily send through the forms: name, email address and, if you write them, telephone and message.
• Data needed for a purchase: name, email, telephone and shipping address when the product is physical.
• Minimal technical browsing data needed for the site to work and to be secure.

This site does not request sensitive data. If you share information about your health in a free-text message, it will be treated with particular care and only to reply to you.

3. Purposes

• To answer your requests, questions and messages.
• To manage purchases, deliveries, downloads and session scheduling.
• To send you the newsletter or the materials you asked for, only if you authorised it, with the option to unsubscribe in every message.
• To publish testimonials, with name and photo, only from people who authorised it in writing; they can withdraw that authorisation at any time and the testimonial is removed from the site.
• To meet legal, accounting and tax obligations.

4. Authorisation

Authorisation is given by ticking the consent box on each form. It is free, prior, express and informed, and you may withdraw it at any time by writing to contacto@tatianasedano.com.

5. Your rights as data subject

• To access, update and correct your personal data.
• To request proof of the authorisation given.
• To be informed about how your data has been used.
• To file complaints with the Superintendence of Industry and Commerce for breaches of the law.
• To withdraw authorisation and request deletion of your data, where no legal or contractual duty requires keeping it.
• To access, free of charge, the data that has been processed.

6. How to exercise them

Write to contacto@tatianasedano.com with the subject «Habeas data», stating your name, the data you want to check or correct and a way to contact you. Enquiries are answered within a maximum of ten (10) working days and claims within a maximum of fifteen (15) working days, extendable under the terms of the law.

7. Processors and transfers

Running the site involves hosting, transactional email, payment gateway and online scheduling providers. Each one receives only the data needed for its function and is obliged to protect it. Some of these providers may be located outside Colombia; in that case processing takes place under security standards equivalent to those required by Colombian law.

8. Security and retention

Data is stored on servers with restricted access, encryption in transit and backups. It is kept while a relationship with the controller exists or while a legal obligation requires it.

9. Validity

This policy applies from September 2026 and was updated in November 2026. Any change will be published on this same page with its update date.
